| 1. PayGoWebSites services are contracts. The Client is obligated to pay the monthly subscription for a minimum of 3 years (36 months) to enable PayGoWebsites.com cover the full cost of website design, webhosting and domain name. |
| 2. All materials (text and image) to be used for the website are to be submitted to payGoWebsites.com in soft copy on CD, flash drive or via email. |
| 3. Cpanel web hosting account details will remain in the care of PayGoWebsites.com until the 3-year term is completed, after which they can be released to the Client on request. |
| 4. If the Client chooses to continue with the contract after the 3-year term, the standard monthly fee remains in force. |
| 5. Where the Client stops payment of the monthly subscription before the 3-year term is up, PayGoWebsites.com reserves the right to take actions to secure redress, including legal action and the seizure of the domain name, web hosting account, and all contents of the website, with the option to dispose of or put them to use as PayGoWebsites.com deems fit. |
